Headout announces ESOP buyback program for 104 employees & alumni

Headout, home to the world’s most exceptional real-life experiences, announced its first ESOP liquidity program for all current and former Headouters without exception. More than 10 million guests from every country on the planet have headed out on one of the company’s many experiences and that’s only been possible because of the team. Given the company’s financial position and profitability, the buyback program is being funded with its balance sheet at the same valuation as the last round and will create liquidity for 104 Headouters.

Recently, the company announced a $42 million Series B round and is profitable while growing fast – a rarity in the ecosystem. In 2022, the company is on track to grow by 1000% and go live in 125 cities. To achieve this, it aims to triple its team size and is hiring across all roles in its 8 offices globally.
